An Post and the Prize Bond Company are agents of the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) in respect of the Ireland State Savings products range. An Post and the Prize Bond Company do not retain or manage any Ireland State Savings money. All Ireland State Savings money is placed directly with the Irish Government under the management of the NTMA.

Repayment of Ireland State Savings money is an unconditional obligation of the Irish Government.
