To change your password online:

• Sign in to Ireland State Savings Online

• Go to ‘Profile and Settings’ and select ‘Change’ beside ‘Your Password’

• Enter your old password

• Enter a new password

• Enter the Verification Code that was sent to your mobile by text message

Your password is now changed. An email will be sent to you confirming a password change.

Please follow the following rules when creating your password:

• be at least 10 characters in length

• have 1 uppercase character (A-Z)

• have 1 lowercase character (a-z)

• have at least 1 digit (0-9)

• have 1 special character ( @$£#!%*&+=_^|[]:;.?`~<,>'(){}"- )

• cannot contain any spaces

We recommend using a password that is different to your other online accounts.

If you forget your password, you can click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login screen. Follow the steps on-screen to complete a password reset.
