Are all of your holdings appearing in your Ireland State Savings Online?

If all of your holdings are not appearing online, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • Products were purchased using different names and/or addresses. The products you see listed are those associated with the name and address you used when registering for Ireland State Savings Online.

  • Older products may be missing unique identifiers such as PPSN and/or Date Of Birth that are required to associate the holdings with you.

To allow us to investigate this further please submit a request to add holdings using the link ‘Are all your holdings appearing in Ireland State Savings Online?’ available on the ‘Your Savings’ screen or product summary screen.

Complete the form providing the following information:

  • Product type
  • If Prize Bonds, please provide:
    • Details of missing bond numbers
    • Variations of your name, previous addresses or any other relevant details
  • If Fixed Term Products:
    • Details of missing account numbers
    • Variations of your name, previous addresses or any other relevant details
